Its dense, structured body carries warmth and depth, while delicate hints of jasmine soften the finish, creating a smooth, refined balance. Sourced from Ethiopia, Brazil, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea, the blend is crafted for clarity and consistency in every cup.

Gluten-free and made from scratch with just four ingredients: cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs & sugar. No flour, no shortcuts. Rooted in the Basque tradition of Spain, our cheesecakes are smooth, deeply rich, and perfectly sweet. Available in four varieties — Original, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Matcha — best enjoyed alongside a bold espresso or a glass of red wine.
