Coffee.
We serve coffee in two ways: Brew and Espresso.
Our Brew selection is a bright, fruit-forward coffee with notes of apricot, honeydew, cherry, papaya, light brown sugar, and dates. Juicy, expressive, and naturally sweet — clear, balanced, and full of playful sweetness.
Our signature Espresso follows a classic Italian profile — bold, full-bodied, and balanced. Notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut lead into a rich, velvety crema, with a smooth finish that carries beautifully in lattes.
Matcha.
Our matcha is sourced directly from multigenerational farming families in Ureshino, Saga — one of Japan’s oldest tea-growing regions. Shaped by volcanic soil, a humid climate, and centuries of craft, Ureshino produces leaves with exceptional depth and clarity. Naturally sweet with low astringency, it finishes clean with a smooth, lingering umami.
Cheesecake.
Gluten-free and made from scratch with just four ingredients: cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs & sugar. No flour, no shortcuts. Rooted in the Basque tradition of Spain, our cheesecakes are smooth, deeply rich, and perfectly sweet. Available in five varieties — Original, Strawberry, Chocolate, Matcha, and Cookies’ n Cream — best enjoyed alongside a bold espresso or a glass of red wine.
