Ceremonial matcha from Gwangju, Korea, rich in umami, naturally sweet, and vividly green. Stone milled for freshness, it delivers a smooth, balanced cup with every sip. Grown by a family producer using eco friendly, pesticide free methods, it undergoes minimal processing to preserve its pure character, just as nature intended. In the spirit of Finders’, simple, refined, and focused on what truly lasts.

It all started with Littl Madeleine, built together by Sadie and Haegon in Ballantyne, Charlotte.
Traveling together, we were inspired by cafés that focus on the basics, especially bold, full-bodied traditional Italian espresso and food made with simple ingredients, thoughtfully balanced.
