Espresso.

Italian classic. A bold, full-bodied espresso with rich dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and a velvety crema that lingers. Its dense, structured body carries warmth and depth, while delicate hints of jasmine soften the finish, creating a smooth, refined balance. Sourced from Ethiopia, Brazil, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea, the blend is crafted for clarity and consistency in every cup.

Matcha.

From Gwangju, Korea, rich in umami, naturally sweet, and vividly green. Stone-milled for freshness, it delivers a smooth, balanced cup with every sip. Grown by a family producer using eco-friendly, pesticide-free methods, it undergoes minimal processing to preserve its pure character, just as nature intended.

Cheesecake.

Gluten-free and made from scratch with just four ingredients: cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs & sugar. No flour, no shortcuts. Rooted in the Basque tradition of Spain, our cheesecakes are smooth, deeply rich, and perfectly sweet. Available in four varieties — Original, Strawberry, Chocolate, and Matcha — best enjoyed alongside a bold espresso or a glass of red wine.
